The University of Western Australia, shortly known as UWA, is a public research university founded in 1911 in Perth, Western Australia.

The University has three campuses, with the main campus located just 10 minutes from Perth CBD at the Suburbs of Crawley, Claremont and Albany campus small centers.

The University of Western Australia is classified as a sandstone university. Australia's sixth oldest University and the only University in Western Australia until Murdoch University were founded in 1973.

Crawley Campus (Perth)

  • Crawley campus is located on the bank of Swan River, in the suburbs of Crawley city, just 10 minutes away from Perth CBD.
  • It is the main campus of the University of Western Australia, affiliated with residential halls, and is home to over 22,000 students.
  • The campus offers state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities, lecture and performance theatres, tutorial spaces, student amenities such as studios and laboratories.

University of Western Australia Claremont

  • The Claremont campus is located at the neck of Princess Road and Goldsworthy Road and just a few minutes walk away from the Crawley campus.

On-Campus Accommodation

  • The University of Western Australia offers on-campus accommodation, also referred to as "College row", located a short walk away from the University, The Swan River and" Kings Park.
