Blacksburg Campus

  • Blacksburg campus is the primary campus of Virginia Tech spread over 2,600 acres along with 213 buildings, Moss Arts Centre, Cassell Coliseum, airport lane stadium and an adjacent research park.

Scholarships

Virginia Tech offers a range of scholarships, each with different requirements and deadlines. International students applying for scholarships at the University are advised to submit FAFSA (Fee Application for Federal Student Aid). Post submission of FAFSA, the application will be considered for the institutional and Departmental scholarships.

International students can also apply for financial aid at the Scholarship Centre. Students are requested to log in to the Scholarship Centre after receiving instruction for creating admission portal login credentials from the University's Office of Admission. Accomodation

  • Virginia Tech offers on-campus accommodation for students. The University has 47 on-campus residential halls accommodating around 9,300 students.
  • The campus residential halls are clean, safe and well maintained, with common space for gathering and studying. Also, it offers amenities like a community kitchen and outdoor facilities like a volleyball court.
  • It is mandatory for first-year students to live in university's residential halls.
