3.4-3.59	$4,000 / year
3.2-3.39	$3,000 / year
2.7-3.19	$2,000 / year

 

Scholarship will be applied in the form of a tuition waiver for up to two years of full time enrollment for graduate students. Scholarships are available for new international students (graduate) applying to PSU for the first time. Must have admission to a degree program.

Not eligible: exchange students, government/employer sponsored students, students receiving tuition waivers such as graduate assistantships or legacy tuition waivers, online programs, students in special short-term, non-degree programs, Intensive English Program, and other tuition waivers. The scholarship may be rescinded if the cumulative GPA drops below 3.0. Must be enrolled as a full time student. Scholarship will not be applied to tuition during summer semesters.
