SIEC has been instrumental in helping me shape my career and achieve my dream of pursuing my Masters in the US. Monika , has been there for me right from start ie choosing my college - until I got my visa. She has been my mentor, guide and a friend all through out. Without her this journey wouldn't have been this smooth and hassle free inspite of us being in two different corners of India.
Wish to thank her for everything.

Me and my husband wanted to start our life away from home on our own..so that's the reason we decided to come to Australia..Many of our relatives didn't approve of our decision, but we were determined..They rejected that its going to be tough to study after marriage but I always wanted to do masters. Standing on my own two feet..earning myself..was something that allured me always!!
My parents supported me through this..and thus me and my husband, Punit, landed in Sydney:)
When we initially came to Australia, we had to look for a job to start earning a living..it wasn't that hard for me..as one of my friends (who was already settled here) got me through the interview..and I only had to prove myself during the interview..it was with a call centre for one of the major banks..I was supposed to sell insurance covers to bank customer over the phone..It was hard..but with only 20 hrs work load along with studies, I was able to manage studies, work and my family (my husband, who was studying as well) Now, after 4+ years I'm working with Hewlett Packard Australia as Disputes Resolution Analyst..where I handle channel partner disputes, for the companies which buy/sell HP products. these disputes are account related..Its quite challenging and teaches me new strategies everyday..
Coming to Australia was awesome experience..the lifestyle and work culture is great..People only work 9-5..and no work on weekends..people in India work real long hours..In Australia, if anyone from work calls you for work reason when you are sick or away on holiday, they apologise you first..you are only contacted on urgent matters..unlike India..The culture of after work drinks is also nice..so every Friday, the whole team goes out for dinner/drinks..Its called Fire-Down (the whole week you light up a fire (work hard) and then on Friday there is fire-down:D
In past we've all heard news about racism in Australia..but I really don't feel anything like that here..things are not at all as what is shown by media..we all know media hypes/manipulate incidences as they want to..
I think Australia is the place to be..I've got my Permanent residency, and I will be a Citizen in another 2 months..
I've accepted Australia as a home away from home..and I love this
country..:)
Good luck to all future students who wish to make Australia home..
After completing my Undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Delhi, I planned to do further studies. I was interested in studying business along with making use of my knowledge of systems. I was always open to studying abroad due to acceptance of cultural change and financial stability. Now the big decision to be made was choosing the right country, university and course. Australia out of all became the obvious choice as it is a country with big multi-cultural society, a number of world class universities and on top of that, I already had my family there. For helping me to chose the right university and course for me, I would give big credit to SIEC and Anubhuti Rautela. Moving to a different country for your further education is not an easy task. SIEC helped me in securing the admission in Monash University which was World number 24 at that time. Anubhuti also helped me in choosing the right course (Masters in Business Systems), matching my existing skills and future ambitions. Right from finding the university, right course, handling admission and fee procedures to dealing with the visa procedures for Australia, everything was taken care by SIEC.
The dream of studying in Australia at a world class university thus came true.
My experience of settling down in Australia was never a challenging one. Nine tenths of every education is encouragement. I got this encouragement from my elder brother in Melbourne, who helped me in blending into the culture and gave me a secure feeling at every step. In the next two years, I blended myself into the Ozzie Culture and earned a lot of good lifetime friends. Work during studies was never my priority as I was always backed up by family for financial security. I still cant realise how soon these two years of my masters went passed me. I spent most of this time in my university, attending lectures, spending time in library, doing projects overnight in uni or just hanging out with friends. After completing my course with considerably good score, finding the right job wasn't too difficult either. I joined a software consulting company as a Business Analyst and grew up to the Project Manager in couple of years. Good education and proper guidance always receives its rewards.
Now I am completely settled in Melbourne with my family. Moving from India was not an easy decision, but Australia has accepted me with open hands.
Both the countries have given their best to shape my past, present and future.

It's being a great experience to be at Melbourne...The climate, the people and Australia is really good that one must see in their life time....My first day at Victoria University was really great!!! The people over here are very friendly and also informative...You never run out of information....Where ever you go & what ever circumstance you are in you'll just get the right information from any one who is near to you...
Regarding the services provided by SIEC......They had given the best advice and help that one needs to have before traveling to a foreign nation...
Right from day one when I joined SIEC as a student, they provided information on everything and the kind of care they took about selection of university to the final stage of VISA stamping was simply flawless....
They were very helpful in sorting out all queries and dilemmas that I had about Australia. I believe they are the "Pioneers of Counseling"… One great thing about SIEC is the "access to services"… The wide circle of SIEC centres all over the India will help you reach them with an ease and also they work as one unit...
I can say this because I had started my quest at SIEC Bangalore office and then shifted my counsel office to Vizag [because of traveling problems from Bangalore to Vizag & I'm a native of Vizag and then again I shifted to Hyderabad office [for getting my Passport stamped from the Australian High Commission and with out any delay of postage]. They work very fast and with a great accuracy!!!! They are really the fore-runners and I reckon they are the best of all other consultants!!
Getting to Australia was my dream, it was made successful by SIEC. I did not follow the tradition of going to the same consultant my cousins did. But I am glad that I chose SIEC.
Two words that can describe the staff of SIEC are 'professional' and 'prompt'. The guidance that was given to me in terms of choosing the right University and the entire Visa procedure was explained thoroughly with all the pros and cons. I was given all the information needed before and after getting to Australia.
I thank them for all the support given to me and making my dream to get to Australia so easy.
This is in regard to the services provided to me by SIEC,
Safdarjung over the past few months.
With the help of SIEC counselors, I am in University of Sydney today.
I still remember the time when I first visited the SIEC South Delhi office, tentatively not too sure of the place and the people I was approaching. But after a few interactions I was sure that these
are the people through whom I wanted to get my papers processed. I had visited few other consultants as well.
But with the help of the excellent and experienced staff, you have made my dream come true.
I would like to thank all the staff members of SIEC,South Delhi, especially Rajani and Anita who helped me in getting to this place.
I must appreciate the work that has been done by your staff.
I must say that it is great for SIEC to have people like Rajani as their employee.
Keep up the good work !!

First of all sorry for not giving a quick reply. I had an assignment due till yesterday night.
I have gone to all the 'so called' reputated consultancies, where they told me some of the universities of their choice rather than of my choice. Then one fine day I saw an advertisement in THE HINDU about this SIEC and called them immediately. I got an appointment on that day. I saw 3 girls working on some thing seriously in a quite peaceful environment. I enquired about the universities and finally I opted for DEAKIN University. They helped me out in applying to Deakin university.
SIEC Vizag helped in my entire visa process and ensured that I got the visa. Moreover all their services are free of cost.
I here by take this opportunity to thank people in VIZAG SIEC and would love to recommend it to all the new students.
GOOD LUCK !
Cheers.

I am a graduate student from Andhra University and have recently got thru for my further education from SONYA INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CENTRE (Siec). I am so very thankful to this institute because they helped me in my admission process and visa proceedings.
It was my brother’s suggestion that I go through SIEC. Here the staff is very friendly and cooperative. They follow up with the students religiously and ensure that all documentation is done on time. Motousi went out of the way to clarify the details of the visa proceedings to the bank manager which made my loan process easy.
I can’t find enough words to express my gratitude to them.
